Leveling Torsion Keys w Front Bilstein 5100 Shocks 01-13 Suburban/Yukon XL 2500 Front Bilstein Shocks with Leveling Torsion Keys THIS LISTING IS FOR: 2 - COG-BIL-LFK-GM8L-2001 Bilstein 5100 Series Front Shocks 1 - COG-110-90269 (TBAK8) Cognito Forged Lift / Leveling Torsion Keys - Pair These special re-indexed forged torsion-bar adjusting cogs will level the vehicle without compromising suspension performance; along with a custom valved set of shocks for the ultimate ride quality and front end wheel travel. With the kit installed, you can use up to 33" diameter tires. Installation is straight forward and can be accomplished in less than two hours, excluding the required professional alignment. Please be aware that just running leveling keys ONLY will result in a harsh ride, as the stock original shocks are too short to allow for enough suspension travel. Longer front shocks are necessary for a good ride. Bilstein B8 5100 shock absorbers are designed as a direct fit solution for lifted trucks and SUV’s. These shock absorbers feature a monotube design which provides consistent fade free performance. B8 5100 shock absorbers utilize a unique, velocity sensitive, digressive piston which reacts to changing road conditions. All B8 5100 shock absorbers are tuned for each specific application to assure optimal performance is achieved. B8 5100 shock absorbers offer a significant improvement in ride quality, handling, and comfort. These shocks can be used on stock height vehicles, torsion key lifted vehicles, or vehicles running the Cognito or aftermarket upper control arm leveling kit. Note: A wheel alignment will be necessary after adjusting the torsion bars. A torsion bar unloading tool is necessary to complete this installation safety.
