Description
Hello, For your consideration I'm offering a three bladed Stockman made by the Schrade Cutlery Company Ellenville, New York. This knife measures 3 1/2 " in the closed position and features chip & crack free smooth Delrin with a nickel silver bomb shell inlay shield. This knife has never been used carried or the blades resharpened. This knife features nickel silver bolsters with brass pins and liners. The blades are made of high carbon stainless steel and have good opening and closing snap with no side-to-side play. Please see pictures for tang marking. According to Goins' page 246 Schrade used this marking from 1946 until 1973. I have the 1998 edition of Goins'. I think this knife would be a great knife to carry or collect. It's very clean. Thanks for looking and have a good day. If memory serves me correctly Schrade release some recent versions of the Schrade Walden knives before they closed their doors back in July 04. The blades in this knife are the older style. This may be one of those knives.
